Who we are, what we are and aren't regulated to do, how we handle your data and payments, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.
1.Regulatory status
The Retire Early Company is operated by Flux Wealth Ventures Private Limited. We provide educational tools and content about financial independence, and one-to-one educational consultations.
We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell or hold specific securities, and we do not offer portfolio management.
- We do not sell or distribute mutual funds, insurance or other financial products through this website.
- We never ask for your bank passwords, card PINs, OTPs for payments, or demat login details. If anyone does so in our name, please report it to us.
- Our calculators, assumptions and limitations are published openly on our Methodology page.
2.Risk disclosure
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
- Projections on this website are estimates. They assume steady average returns and inflation, which real markets do not deliver.
- Past performance does not indicate future results. Returns are not guaranteed.
- Equity investments can fall sharply, especially in the short term. Our stress test shows some scenarios, but not every possible outcome.
- Taxes, regulations and product rules change. Our tools simplify them.
Read how we calculate on our Methodology page.
